History<\/h2>

Operation Rescue Foundation was born in the heart of God, and He planted the seed in our founder Giuseppe Teruel, who in 2000 began visiting homeless people living on the streets to offer them a meal and words of encouragement from God. It was established as Operation Rescue Association in April 2002, and in July 2012, it became Operation Rescue Foundation.<\/p>

The four projects have been worked on since the beginning and have been consolidated over time as the foundation's pillars, interconnected to address the various needs of our beneficiaries.<\/p>

It has been 24 years of adventure with challenges and hardships, but we have helped many people meet their needs and created opportunities for them to move forward.
