MODULE 2 PASTRY COURSE | MAY 2025

With great enthusiasm, we began Module 2 of our pastry course, where our students continue to develop new techniques, greater precision, and creativity in every preparation.
In this stage, they progress to more complex recipes, learning about decoration, ingredient handling, professional processes, and the final presentation of their products.
Each class becomes a space for practice, inspiration, and growth, where we celebrate the effort and talent of those who wish to perfect their passion for pastry.
