Independence Day Pageant – Celebrating Guatemalan Culture
During Independence Month celebrations, our school organized the Independence Day Pageant, where each grade presented a student in traditional costumes reflecting the richness and traditions of Guatemala.
The girls shared creativity, joy, and patriotic pride, while judges evaluated each participant’s presentation and selected the representative who best embodied these values.
This activity not only promotes cultural identity and civic values but also allows students to enjoy a space for expression, camaraderie, and learning about our traditions.
📖 “Let children learn to love what is good and true, and they will grow up in pride and character.” —Proverbs 22:6
